Blurb:
Things are cooking in the kitchen...and the bedroom.

Restaurant owner Phoebe Mayle thought she had it all under control. Sure, her new chef has a bad-boy reputation - and a chiseled body to match - but she's positive she can whip him into shape.

But from the moment Nick Avalon roars into town in his Hummer, he makes her whole world sizzle. Now Phoebe has lost control of her kitchen, and Nick has taken over her mind and her body. His insatiable appetite for pleasure leaves her breathless with carnal cravings only he can satisfy. Yet can their hunger for each other be a recipe for a love that lasts?

Review:

Whisk, chocolate pudding and oranges oh my... This book was just that Deliciously Sinful.

I enjoyed the Heroine and Hero and reading if they were ever going to have their HEA.

Nick the hero lives the life of fine restaurants, fancy parties and beautiful woman in LA. He does not plan on staying in this small town he moved to, only took this job as a chef because he only has a visa to work in CA. If he worked in a diner as a chef in LA or San Francisco people would know him and look down on him for working in a dive and not a fancy restaurant. So he took a chef job in a small town where no one would know him and can not judge him. His father thought cooking was for sissies. But he can’t stay there because he has to prove to his father that he is not a sissy and a real man.

He said he would stay a year, but is he really not staying that long. As soon as things slow down in LA from what he did wrong and he is able to go back, he is going.

Not only is Nick hot in the kitchen, he is also Hot in the storage room, his kitchen, Cafe Bathroom and the man surely knows how to make use with a whisk, chocolate pudding and oranges.

Phoebe’s life has always been responsible and simple, but since Nick rode in with his huge monster of a vehicle her world has been anything but simple. He has her doing things she would never normally do since she took over the Cafe. Love the scene where they were digging for clams in the cold rainy weather. It was nice to see them not but heads but smile and have fun.

I did not like how some scenes would take longer because of the character descriptions on what they were thinking. For one scene I thought it was going to be good was on the beach, clothes coming off, a little fondling, Nick brings out rope and does ask her if she has been bonded before and then next thing you know it is ended with something like she was his all night. So we never got to read on what happened between them. It kind of felt like some of the scene was cut out, and I think if hearing on what they were thinking was cut a little shorter we could of got the rest of what really happened.

The secondary characters were fun. Sometimes their stories used up more space then they needed. Her niece and Brother law I did enjoy reading about, but felt at times it took away from Nick and Phoebe’s story.

I enjoyed reading Deliciously Sinful and was my first read by Lilli Feisty. I will be reading more from this series. I gave it 3 stars only because it was very easy to put down and pick back up. I would still recommend Deliciously Sinful. It has scorching hot scenes, a tortured hero and a good plot.
