Blurb:
First published as a five-part e serial novel, Anything He Wants inflamed imaginations everywhere and became a national bestseller.  Now available for the first time ever as a complete book, this edition contains never-before-released scenes and special bonus material. Don’t miss this erotic tale of  a powerful billionaire who always gets what he wants and the young woman who’s about to enter his exclusive realm--a world of glittering opulence and all-consuming passion, where she’ll explore the darkest reaches of her own desire.

Lucy Delacourt's temp position isn't quite her dream job but it pays the bills. The highlight of her day is riding the elevator in the mornings with a handsome stranger. Tall, dark, and sexy as hell, Lucy knows he's way out of her league, but a girl can look, right?

Everything changes the day the stranger seduces her. Completely out of character, she yields without a fight, but she has no idea her wanton acts with a man whose name she doesn't know will change her life forever. Because the sexy stranger is none other than Jeremiah Hamilton, billionaire CEO of Hamilton Industries, and one taste isn't nearly enough to satisfy his need.  As the billionaire pulls Lucy deeper into his world of high stakes business deals and ruthless takeovers, he demands nothing less than her complete surrender.  But even as enemies seek deadly revenge against him, she’ll discover that her greatest threat is falling for her fiercely guarded boss…and yielding to her own darkest needs.

Review:

I am huge fan of Erotic novels. But unfortunately was not always feeling Anything He Wants. Yes some of the scenes are scorchers but was not feeling any of their emotions just seemed like sex nothing more.

It was a very hard decision to rate this novel. At times I felt it was 2 star so-so as the characters and the writing was a bit flat. Starts off ok but once they leave for their trip the novel did at times seem to drag. Even though the middle of book was a little slow, I thought Jeremiah was a sweetheart, apologizing to Lucy for an incident at the charity event, showing his anger when by throwing the glass against the wall when she was poisoned, then caring for her and taking to the place she loves the most and sticking up for her when his mother was being mean.

But bang things started picking up especially around 75% into the book, it started getting good with a lot of twist and turns that it was a 3 stars likable book.

But then out of the blue it ended with a cliffhanger or at least to me it seems like a huge cliffhanger or just a not good ending with no HEA. I am thinking this is a novel that ends with a bad no HEA ending, because it was First published as a five-part serial novel. Not being a big fan on the ending I give Anything He Wants a 1 star not good rating. Honestly if I would of been interested, paid no matter the amount and read all 5 installments, the 5th installment I would of been beyond upset and would want a refund. In the last installment #5 Betrayal the synopsis says “But happily ever after may be further than ever before”. So True. I am thankful I was given the opportunity to review this book free from the publisher because I would of been upset if I would of had to pay $9.99 for the kindle price which I think is bit to high for this novel. I still would of been mad if I had to pay any amount for this novel.

I love the synopsis of Anything He wants with a good, interesting storyline and I think it has potential if the writing was more in depth and if the ending was revised with HEA that continued with the exact last line with at least another chapter.

Colt's Choice (Bad in Boots, Book 3)

Sexy Snippet
"Keep your eyes open, or people may wonder what we're doing over here," he said in a low tone. Her eyes snapped open at the same time he slid a finger past the edge of her underwear, rubbing her own moisture against her throbbing nub. "It might help if you look at me, darlin'."

His deep, baritone, coupled with that sexy, seductive, Texan drawl, sent chills up and down her spine. As Elise locked gazes with him, he pushed a finger deep inside her, causing her to gasp and involuntarily rock her hips forward. His touch felt so good and so naughty at the same time. Despite her desire to hold back, she knew she wouldn't take long.

"Like that, do you?" he teased, his blue eyes smoldering.

Elise looked down, her cheeks flaming with heat.

"Don't look away, Lise. I want to see the passion in your eyes.

His voice was so sincere, so compelling. She returned her gaze to his.

"I'm so close," she whispered, then bit her lip. Pressing her hands against the table, she arched her back slightly to move against his hand.

"Not yet." He slowly slid another finger inside her channel, his touch intimate and thorough.

She gritted her teeth, trying to hold back the groan the added thickness rubbing against her elicited. "But I can't wait," she panted quietly, gripping the table for support.

"Yes, you can, Lise," he whispered into her ear, then trailed his lips down her neck to place a tender kiss on the bare skin along the sensitive curve of her shoulder...........

I am loving Colt's Choice and this sexy snippet from the Bar Scene. There is more toe curling before and after this snippet. Creamed my panties way before "Im so close".

Review: Feral Sins by Suzanne Wright

Feral Sins (The Phoenix Pack #1)
by Suzanne Wright
Purchase Link: Amazon

If your inner wolf and your body react rather enthusiastically to a psychotic Alpha male who’s own wolf has a tendency to turn feral, it can’t be a good thing, can it? Entering into a bargain with him wouldn’t be good either. Unfortunately, Taryn Warner, a latent wolf shifter, doesn’t have many options open to her right now. Okay, she has no options. Basically it comes down to whether she’ll do what it takes to escape the arranged mating with the sick SOB that her father set up. As the answer in this case is yes, it looks as though she’ll have to agree to Trey Coleman’s deal…she’ll have to mate with him instead.

Having always disliked shifter politics, Trey Coleman hadn’t bothered trying to form alliances with other packs. Now that his uncle – a wolf with many alliances – means to take Trey’s territory and his pack, he has no option but to form some alliances of his own very quickly or he’ll be easily outnumbered in the upcoming battle. He figures that the easiest way to do that would be to mate with a female who’s Alpha is powerful and influential. There’s only one problem with that – he would then be stuck with her, and the last thing Trey wants is a mate. When he hears of Taryn’s situation, he offers her a deal – if she falsely claims he’s her true mate and allows him to claim her, he’ll save her from her arranged mating and then let her leave after the battle with his uncle is over.

Sounds like a pretty straightforward deal...but soon Taryn and Trey realize they got more than they bargained for. Their mating instincts to protect and possess are weighing on them, they crave each other’s touch and company, and their inner wolves don’t like it whenever they’re apart. Add in that they’ll have to deal with this for an entire three months until the day of the battle finally arrives, and they’ve got themselves a recipe for disaster – or maybe for something quite the opposite.

Warning: This novel contains an extremely sarcastic Alpha female, a broody possessive Alpha male, bitter in-laws, voyeuristic enforcers, a whole lot of dirty talk, and steamy bedroom battles for dominance. Reader Advisory: This book also contains a graphic ménage scene - not for the faint-hearted.

Review:

Loved It

Suzanne Wright is right up there with some well known authors that knows how to write a sexy-dirty-talking-over-the-top-Alpha-Male-Hero.

Trey, baby loved you right from the beginning with your snide remarks, devilish smile, arrogance, alpha male attitude. Through out the book just fell more in love with him when he got over protective, crazy possessive and jealous. When it comes to protecting his mate he does not hold anything back and is one of those heroes that goes forward with his word when losing his temper. No one is safe around him and only his mate has the power to calm him down in this state of mind.

Taryn is a feisty, smart mouth heroine that at times was a little too alpha for me. Don’t get me wrong I love a strong will heroine and enjoyed her character but at times was over the top and I did wish her attitude was taken down a notch. She definitely can hold her own in protecting herself. She has no problem expressing herself when in trouble and when anyone messes with her mate.

Trey and Taryn made a perfect couple in and out of the bedroom. Many scorching love scenes with them that I needed a cold shower. WOW! Trey sure got my girly bits tingly with his dirty talking mouth. OMG I thought I was going to have to change my panties with the sexing against the bathroom wall. A scene not to be missed, it is one you will read over and over again. Beware there is some hot back door activity, Voyeurism and a graphic ménage scene, even though this scene is freakin hot I felt it really did not need to be in the book. For one way to many guys involved and second they were only allow to touch and not have sex with her. I am curious though since two of the pack members did have a little M/M oral action if there will be something with them in the future. There was nothing said through out the book or clues that they even swing that way.

This is my first Suzanne Wright book and loved it. I love how she writes her Alpha Males that I had to buy all her books. I look forward to reading the next book in the series and her other books.

Review:

Supernaturally Kissed (Frostbite #1) blew me away. Demonically Tempted is more darker and concentrates more on the case Tess, Kipp and the gang are working on. For me what made Demonically Tempted a outstanding read was the ending. It is a shocker I did not see coming. If it was not for the ending I would of just loved it and given it four stars but Stacey Kennedy through me for a loop with the ending that kept me thinking of it for days that I have to give it 5 stars.

Loved Kipp more in Demonically Tempted. Wow, got to see more of a protective, possessive, jealous side of Kipp.

Tess is still Tess a kick butt character with a smart mouth. She runs into a ghost who is rude, smart mouth with a bad attitude. Loved how she does not take any crap from him and puts him in his place.

Dane the new guy in the mix and the one that Kipp is jealous of, is a Medium that works with the F.B.I.. He can not see or hear ghost only feel their presence. Max who is Tess boss thinks she is uneducated with her abilities, so he brings Dane in to help her out.

Kipp and Tess relationship has it ups and downs. They are one of my favourite book couples and was happy when they would have their loving and fun moments. I was also sad when they would have their not so fun moments. Their “Ghost Sex” is still hot.

I am excited to see how the story is going to play out in Mystically Bound (Frostbite #3).

Perfect ~ Keeper

This is my second time reading Motorcycle Man, and it was just as good as the first time. I have been on a Sons Of Anarchy (TV Show) kick lately and watching this made me want to dive back into Motorcycle Man with Tack and the Chaos crew.

What I love most about Motorcycle Man is that Tack the hero and Tyra the heroine are as opposite as they come. He sees colors and lives his life to the fullest and Tyra sees life as black and white. They do not try to change each other but compromise with each other on their different worlds.

I have been interested in Tack, the tattoo badass biker babe since Mystery Man (Dream Man series #1). Tacks story is amazing. Loved him more when it ended. Was not sure at times about him, especially when he got a little too much in Tyra personal pace and had his hands around her throat but once I found out the reason for this I shed a few tears. Kristen Ashley has a way of writing where things are not what they seem to be. Once you find out what is going on, everything the hero does make sense. Tack is what I love most in heroes, a alpha male who will do what ever it takes to protect the ones he loves. He is possessive and what is his, is his no exceptions. Even though he is blunt and tells things how it is, he is also willing to tone his bluntness down a bit and try to be gentle for the woman he loves.

Gwen I adored and thought she was perfect for Tack. She is feisty and never backs down. Loved her more when she protected his daughter from an ugly outcome.

Love that Gwen and Tack have been friends since Mystery Man (Dream Man series #1). Their friendship is solid and sweet. I adored how he still calls her Peaches.

I enjoyed Hawk, Gwen, Brock, Tess, Mitch, Mara and Elvira pulling together to help Tack and Tyra. It was a treat to see them as couples and going about their lives at the time in their POV.

Kudos to Kristen Ashley for writing an amazing end of series novel and having Tack as the last in the series. Sad to see Dream Man series end but happy that there will be a continuing series with the Chaos crew. Any book in the series can be stand alone and not be lost, but to get a better feel of Tack and the rest of the Dream Man Series characters I highly recommend reading in order. Motorcycle Man is a keeper for me especially when I need my Dream-Man-Sexy-Biker-Babe-Tack Fix.

Review: Law Man by Kristen Ashley

by Kristen Ashley
Purchase Links: Amazon Barnes & Noble
E-Book 378 pages

Blurb:
Four years ago, Mitch Lawson moved across the breezeway from Mara Hanover and she fell in love with the tall, good-looking police detective who had an uncanny ability to dress well even though he’s single. It was not a stalker kind of love; she knows she has no hope since Mitch is way out of her league. That doesn’t change the fact that he’s her dream man.

Then one day Mara’s faucet won’t turn off and she knows nothing about plumbing. Being a good guy, Mitch offers to help then he invites himself over for pizza. Mara gives it a go but finds herself running away from him (literally) on their first date, standing him up their second and then she runs into him (again literally) on her way to save her ne’er do well, criminal cousin’s kids who’d just run away from their ne’er do well, criminal Dad.

Suddenly, Mara finds she has on her hands the guardianship of two kids and a gorgeous police detective who’s willing to do anything to help out… including giving fabulous foot rubs.

But Mara knows who she is and where she came from and she knows Detective Mitch Lawson is better than her. Hot law man Mitch disagrees and his challenge is to convince Mara to let go of her past and he sets about building a family at the same time he finds he also needs to protect them all against known and unknown adversaries that would tear them apart.

Perfect ~ Keeper

What I love most about Kristen Ashley Dream Man series is that each book is never the same. Yes all her heroes are sexy as sin, alpha male heroes that make you want to dive in the book and wish you were the heroine but the stories and the flow of the books are different. In Law Man, Mitch and Mara relationship builds over time. Mitch makes sure that her niece and nephew come first...Sigh, loved him more for that. I loved the relationship he build not only with Mara but with the kids. Now that is a swoon worthy hero. Kristen Ashley’s epilogues are the best and Law Man was above the best.

Review:

Liked It

Enslaved was 3 stars, likable book for me. I really wanted to love it with a tortured, wounded hero and an outcast heroine but was not feeling a connection with them all the time. For me Enslaved started out good with Gryphon and Malea escaping, but while trying to escape, out of the blues her attitude changed and bang all of a sudden she is scared and has to escape from Gryphon. After that, the rest of the book was choppy and just did not flow right. I think they were perfect for each other but I felt more connected with them as an individual than a couple. I adored Gryphon’s protective, alpha male side and felt bad as Malea thought she was invisible to everyone. Love the action with lots of twist that I did not see coming but for me it was lacking in the romance department. The sexual tension just was not there, more of inner thoughts from Gryphon on what he would like to do sexually to Malea.

Review:

Liked It

I read The Marriage Bargain (Marriage of a Billionaire #1) and it was only a so-so, 2 star read for me. I am happy I took another chance on Jennifer Probst and read The Marriage Mistake. I liked reading The Marriage Mistake and give it 3 stars, but I wanted to love it as it had the most interesting storyline with the hero having to train his best friend sister in their business. I love books with a hero always having feelings for his best friend sister but The Marriage Mistake fell a little short in that department for me.

Max was a likable, sexy character who steamed up my e-reader but was at times not sure of himself. It took a jealous moment with a friend of his and a pep talk from him for Max to realize Carina liked to be submissive in the bedroom.

The chemistry between Max and Carina were up and down through out the book. One minute I could feel their chemistry and then the next it was flat. The mentioned of “Shades Of Grey” from Carina when he pulled out a scarf for their first time lovemaking scene was a downer for me but once I got over that, they definitely did burn up the sheets in the bedroom.

Even though this is a series and all the characters from book 1 and 2 were in The Marriage Mistake I did not feel lost. It can be read as a stand alone. The writing flow is choppy and is very easy to put down and pick back up, but does have potential with a good storyline.
