A cop's craving to know more about the woman next door could prove fatal in the steamy new novel from New York Times bestselling author Lori Foster

As the person responsible for taking down a brutal human trafficker, Alice Appleton fears retaliation at every turn. No one knows about her past, which is exactly how she prefers it...until the sexy cop next door comes knocking.

Detective Reese Bareden thinks he knows what makes women tick, but his ever-elusive neighbor keeps him guessing like no other. Is his goal to unmask Alice's secrets? Or protect her from a dangerous new threat? One thing is certain: their chemistry is a time bomb waiting to explode. And with no one to trust but each other, Reese and Alice are soon drawn into a deadly maze of corruption, intrigue and desire-and into the line of fire....

First I have to give a huge Thank You to Lori Foster for giving her Men Who Walk The Edge Of Honor fans a little treat with Trace from Trace of Fever (Men Who Walk The Edge Of Honor #2) cameo. Loved seeing Trace again and the back and forth between him and Reese about who can protect Alice better is priceless. Trace rescued Alice from human trafficking in Trace Fever. You do not need to read Trace Fever to know what is going on in Bare It All. Bare It All is Alice story and the after effect from being kidnapped plus more. I would highly recommend reading Men Who Walk The Edge Of Honor series as it is just as good as Love Undercover series.

Lori Foster had me hooked on Reese from Run The Risk (Love Undercover #1). Even though he was not the main character and was not his story, she has a way of teasing the readers with her secondary characters leading up to their book next. Reese is your sexy alpha male Detective who is also sweet and caring. If he thinks someone is being treated unfairly he will step in and does not think twice about the consequences.

Loved Alice’s character. Her being abducted has left her feeling emotionless, fearless and everything around her does not exist. I loved how she is not your damsel in distress and has no problem going into danger if it will save another woman being abducted. She has a little temper on her.

Oh my was Bare It All hotter than Run The Risk. The sexual tension and chemistry was sexy. Reese knows how to play dirty in the bedroom when he wants info on Alice past. Loved how their relationship seems so real. They are always giving Cash who is Reese’s dog treats when they want to have some love time in the bedroom.

It was nice to see how Logan and Pepper are doing. Awesome moments with them as she is like a mother hen and the group giving him a hard time about it. Getting a little more on Dash. Curious on what is going on with the Lieutenant. Best part is the friendship between Rowdy and Alice. Poor guy does not know what to do as Alice treats him like he is a girlfriend and wants his advice about some inappropriate things about Reese. Alice sure knows how to stir the pot when she is not even trying. She has a way of getting poor Reese all riled up that he always have to regroup. Loved Reese’s little jealousy over Rowdy on how she is always confiding in him. Funny moments when the group is all together. I am so happy Rowdy’s Book is next in Getting Rowdy as Lori Foster has left me wanting more of him and Avery. She already has me crushing on him.

Bare It All is another winner in the Love Undercover series. The characters feel so real they jump off the pages. It is a feel good novel with tons of yummy alpha males I wish I could take them all home and have my wicked way with them.
